Panhandle Parks Foundation, along with the City of Coeur d’Alene, are raising funds to complete the K27 Memorial.

Please help Panhandle Parks Foundation complete the water feature and Light the Thin Blue Line. All K27 Memorial donations are tax deductible and are deposited into a restricted separate bank account. The project is under construction in McEuen Park, financed by Panhandle Parks Foundation (a 501(c)(3)) to be donated to the City of CdA and the community.

In recognition of Sgt Moore’s call number, K27, donations in the amount of $27, $270, $2,700 or other increments are requested.

One bench with naming rights remains available. Sponsorship is $5,000.

At donation levels of $1,500, $2,500, $5,000, $7,500 and up, you will be recognized with an engraved line (per your instructions) on the Donor Wall.

The waterscape will include three waterfalls: “Respect”, “Honor”, and “Remember”, with pools of water that will cascade down into a meandering creek named “Thin Blue Line”. There are eight benches nearby for people to relax and reflect. The waterway will be lit by LED digitized lighting

Three monument pillars are placed along the banks.
